We used carpenter bookkeeping for years and we loved her. We referred many people who all seem to get appointments easily. The last 2 years weve started calling in November until tax time and our calls are never answered. Ever. Somehow the people we refer get in, but we dont. Its really frustrating and unprofessional. We really hoped to continue using her but apparently shes rather not do our taxes?

This woman is relentlessly unresponsive and unreliable. Been trying to get ahold of her since February 2016. She never returns calls Or messages. I'm tired of waitling on her... moving on. Don't waste your time with this person. Seriously.

I strongly suggest you contact another accountant to file your taxes. As previously stated Christy is unresponsive, unprofessional and unethical. Still waiting on my 2015 tax return! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

We had her do our taxes in April of 2016 over the phone and by email. She was to send us some papers to sign and then she would file it electronically. May came and went...no papers. We tried contacting her by phone (both numbers) text and email. One number said because of the large number of tax calls they could not answer our call or take a message and to call again later. The other number said this persons mailbox is full so again we could leave no message. Texts went unanswered. It is now June and we have received nothing from her. Also I went to the IRS website and they have no records of a 2015 return being filed. This person is either a sham or is very unethical in her work. How can you have a customer based business and your customers have NO WAY to contact you. And when you are supposed to be an Attorney and Tax Preparer you certainly should realize the importance of getting you clients taxes completed and filed as quickly as possible. I have searched Facebook, Google, and every other possible source to track this person down and nothing. For someone who is supposed to be "just a click away" she conceals herself quite well. We don't know what to do now except try to get our taxes filed by someone else and hope there is no penalty for being so late. If I am able to find out where and how I am going to report her to whatever government agency investigates tax attorneys. DO NOT USE HER. SHE WILL NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS AND WILL NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH THE IRS
