I was recommended here by some family we have in GA and now Im wishing I stuck with my old tax person. I sent in all of our tax info Wednesday of last week 41019 I have yet to get anyone on the phone who knows about my tax return, the walk in customers are treated better than her out of state customers, I feel as though I was played for a fool. Friday 41229 because a young lady said she was working on my file and would contact me once she was complete, I never heard from her. Now here we are the following week. I called back Monday and received the run around , called back again today Tuesday the last day taxes can be turned in and was left on hold for 30mins. Once I realized no one was coming to the phone I hung up. Once again I tried to call back and realized either they closed or they blocked me. I dont know if they every filed or submitted my taxes, I dont know what the refund will be, I dont even know if my social security number is even safe anymore. I feel like such a fool. Now what are we suppose to do. Save yourself the headache and go to a more professional place.
