Although Susana is friendly and knowledgeable, we found working with her and her colleagues at Knudson's office in Petaluma to be more confusing than expected. At times it was hard to know who the point-person was for communications. It would have been easier if one person (perhaps Susana) had guided us through an already-complicated process with a clear and consistent approach. It may be that were were simply not a good match for her services, given our needs, or that the office is going through a transition. But we were looking for more help in simplifying and streamlining the process. I am happy to know that Susana has satisfied long-term customers. We like Susana personally, but have decided to move on to another service that may be better suited to our specific needs.
