worst experience i have ever had never delt with such a firm like that zero business ethics zero business morals they will hold your papers hostage until you pay in full, they never respond. they told me that they filed my taxes after 3 months i contacted the irs they said they had nothing for me i reached back to the firm they admitted that they lied although i asked multiple times if my papers where filed they said yes they were. they refuse to send me a copy with their signature so i can have it mailed brcause when i asked for the tracking number of them mailing my documents they couldnt provide one. this firm has no ethics like i mentioned i had been chasing after them since september 2022 never once i asked for sara and she was available to talk.
