My elderly deceased relative had one 1099 for a pension. Nothing wise. This business did her taxes for years and I got a post card in the mail. I asked Debbie how much it would be since I was considering filing on my own. She said $50 since it’s so easy. She told me stories about my aunt. Then at end of conversation I confirmed $50?” She then said $50 no more than $100.” I was called to pick it up and was asked for $300.Guess the refund, The same. I told them it was a mistake and then Debbie gaslit me and told her she never said $50 to $100. It was the easiest tax return imaginable. I dropped it off last night at 5 pm and was called at 11 am that it was ready to sign! This is completing unethical. Overtly lied and exploited me. I’ve lived here for 36 years and I rarely review a business. I have NEVER been even remotely upset by any interactions with any business in our area. My accountant who does my complicated taxes for $350 was appalled.

The day I found Mr Mike's Belus office the stress around tax season paperwork disappeared, he is a life saver, and so professional, relaxed, amazing guide, with solid advice and I just hope he never retires, I am beyond grateful for his office and would never consider going anywhere else :-) thank youuuu soo much for all you do!!!
