Wayne isnt qualified to do taxes. He doesnt know how. He is reasonable, but does them incorrect. Each year he has done my taxes the FEDERAL and State had to be corrected. He was given phone calls and text with no response with doing the 2020 taxes wrong. He tells you about his previous jobs hes had, but he of course didnt last there. Clients call him well your there and you hear him telling him the Government made the mistake, not him. He needs to stop doing taxes at his home or anywhere. He even put the wrong address down this year for me in his computer. I have no clue where he got the address he decided to use. The correct address was originally in his computer and on my W2s. Sometimes he has high figures your getting back , when actually youre receiving nothing back. I also had a situation where he came up with an amount for me to pay back, and I actually had a refund coming back. Its hard to believe any business would be bringing their taxes there, He needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau,

Extremely unprofessional, does not return phone calls. After receiving notice from the state regarding an employee for a company whose payroll he was responsible for, Wayne ignored the notice and caused the state to extend the employee's probation. Never apologized, never cared. Never responded to multiple messages regarding paychecks. Would NEVER do business with this man again. Only recommended to my enemies.

Find someone else...We had Wayne prepare our taxes during a year that was very busyhard for us 2016. He got the taxes done in a relatively quick amount of time and charged a very reasonable amount, but little did we know the nightmare that was to come. He told us what the amount was we were getting back, and we said it seemed really high. We asked him to double check everything and if it was correct he could submit it. He didn't give us the opportunity to see what he had prepared ahead of time. We didn't know that it was our responsibility took look it over before he submitted everything as well, but as I said it was a hard year and we are trusting so we didn't check. The next year when our returns were much lower, we asked why and he told us that the amount that we had made was much lower in 2016. I said that wasn't true and that he should make sure he did it right. He told me to relax and have a beer. It wasn't until the IRS audited us the following year that what we had been telling him for years was wrong was in fact wrong. We had to constantly call him, he would not return our calls, when he finally completed the amendment I took the time to find errors in it MYSELF. Then he offered us nothing for all of our hassles which were much more than what I have mentioned here other than free taxes for the next few years. After trying to file with him again in 2018 and again having to catch multiple errors on our tax returns simple family of 4, two working adults you could not pay me to have him do our taxes again.
