Jennifer Jones tax firm has been a wonderful addition to my wife and I's tax needs. They are always professional, courteous and meet all of our tax needs in a timely fashion. While I work a typical 9-5 job, my wife is a Real Estate agent and her team has saved us a significant amount of money. I highly recommend them and have done so on many occasions.

I had a phone appt. with Jennifer Jones, on the day before, her asst/receptionist Marie called me saying that I needed to bring in my income tax statement!!! First I had heard of needing this. Marie INSISTED THAT SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL REQUESTING SAME!!!!
I told her I have not had access to email for over a week. She would not listen, nor try to solve the situation, she just kept saying I can send it again.....I reinterated I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS!!! Finally this morning, I got access, LO AND BEHOLD, there is no email from her requesting same.
While talking to Marie and her "blocking" me with no understanding of my situation (moving, no access, etc) she showed no empathy, nor was she helpful in trying to make another appt. with Jennifer. I finally got so frustrated I told her to "FORGET IT" AND HUNG UP.
I just this Jennifer Jones, CPA needs to know what kind of "reception" they are getting from the client's first interface/appt. making with Marie. It is unfortunate because Jennifer came highly recommended by my friend and I could not get past the receptionist/asst. to move forward!!!!
I know I have "burned any bridges" in even getting introduced to Jennifer and her services and I am sorry. I believe she would be doing her service a favor by coaching the first interface a client has with even trying to make an appt. (I experienced the same demeanor from Marie when making, even, the phone call appt.)!!!
