Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with this company. I turned in complete information in January for an amended company and personal return, and new year information and met with an agent. He promised to get right on it. Excuse, after excuse for delays. Finally handed off to some one else I never met and finished in April but with mistakes. Then excuse after excuse to meet to talk about it including not returning my calls, setting an appointment and agent not showing up, telling me I didn't have an appointment and would call back with a new time. After several weeks emailed to say they'd start on the next return. When I asked to meet in person first, another 2 week delay then in mid-July a call that they could not do my taxes. I'm now facing finding someone new just a couple months before the extension deadline. I was completely patient through out the process, and turned in everything requested within a day of request. The latest lie was that I would get a call back from the receptionist or principal person by 5 pm. I'm halfway through the second day and nothing! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
