Initially when I used this service for my business it went relatively smoothly but the recent transactions have been lacking greatly. Communication is much more difficult and I've been having issues using the portal for over a month and not gotten anyone to assist.

I went to emerald tax service to file my ppp loan, I thought about filing my taxes with them but Im glad I didnt because I found out that my ppp loan was approved and they tried to sent the money to my account but the names didnt match on my accounts. Then I finally got in contact with the lender and they didnt even have the right email address for me or anything. These people never contacted me for anything after I sent in my information, the number is disconnected now and the number that they were using to text people with doesnt get answered how do you run a business and not stay in touch with you clients. Bad business all around and now Im left holding the bag like it was my fault. I reported this business to the BBB.
