I followed Jeff from H and R Block years ago and gave him my loyal tax business for the past eight or ten years. Until this year - 2018. Made my appointment online in January - for March 6, 2018. Got an email confirmation a few days prior. Imagine my surprise when I drove an hour to find an empty store front where his business used to be! Tried to call - phone disconnected. Finally got an email response from Jeff telling me he sent out an email to all his customers in January - advising them he was closing the Manassas office! What BS. He offered to meet me to do my taxes and called me from a NY number. No thanks, Jeff. This is how you returned my years of loyalty. Very unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere.
