Patsy has not file our taxes for the last two years.we had to fine someone else to straighten our her mess. now we have to find out if she file my husband business taxes if she didnt we probably looking at penaltys. If she has done your taxes in the last two years better checked to see if she file them. we also paid her. Doesnt sound so wonderful to me

This is absolutely ridiculous this is the second year in a row she will not return my calls or file my taxes after she's been paid for a service. I have been to her office and tried to call for a month with no response.

Patsy has done our taxes for the last 13yrs, as she has done ALL my families taxes! In the last several years she has become very unreliable! Issue after issue each year! She will NOT call you back! This year we took her everything she needed on January 28th! After 4wks of not receiving our refund, I went to her office to inquire . I asked her specifically if she had filed our taxes and she told me Oh YES! She LIED! After another week I contacted the IRS and the State Tax Authority and discovered that she has NOT filed our taxes! After countless incidents over the last few years with multiple family members and ourselves this year...We will NOT be using her again! I know she has some personalfamily issues going on, but that does NOT excuse lying! Her knowledge is incredible, but she is untrustworthy!
