Absolutely terrible. Twice has given bad information. Should have known better than to go to her again. Just makes stuff up, and won't listen. All she can say is that she has done this for 20 years. You would think someone who has done it that long would know what she is doing. And so very rude! Can't believe she is still in business. Maybe that is why she is working under someone else licence? She must have lost her own.She also has your sensitive information and her place is not secure at all. No security at all. Peoples files laying out all over the place or in a flimsy file cabinet. Beware! I normally don't leave reviews, but needed to let others know, so they don't get screwed with something as important as this.
