I spoke to Mrs. Malone via telephone for the very first time the week on 09/19/16. She was very professional First impression was a lasting one. My wife and I met with her that following weekend. She was very knowledgeable concerning tax laws and our needs. Questions were answered before, doing and after meeting. She made us feel very comfortable and reassuring. She has a great personality and is extremely patient. We met with her one more time to finalize paperwork. We are very satisfied, and even brought a family member, so we could introduce them and have Mrs. Malone do her taxes. Mrs. Malone was and is "AWESOME".
