Zero stars! The fact that this guy hasnt been sued for fraud and been put out of business is beyond me. I am also missing money he knowingly took out from my refund check. He goes periods of time without responding and then finally responds saying things like he had a hiccup or his card isnt working so he cant send it via cash app or Venmo, or he will meet to give me cash instead but then never responds, or my favorite latest excuse hes sick with two kids which is why he cant send me my money. In this day of technology with countless apps that he claims to have, sending money is as easy as sending a text message. Reading the previous review and being in contact with 3 other clients who are all in the same boat, its apparent this guy is up to no good! Do not use!

So I paid 230 fees for tax service up front so I would not owe anything when tax ck came in, then got my refund with another set of 400.00 tax fees that were taken out of my ck, and Marcus Morgan told me I would receive a refund for that money through the mail, 3 weeks still nothing, tried calling him, never answers and cannot leave any voicemails due to being full, tried texting him and never responds to any messages and keep driving 39 minutes back and forth to the office during business times and always the business door is locked, I would not recommend this tax service and the worst customer service ever! Not professional at all and still have not received the rest of my income tax.
