These people are frauds. I was charged 150 for my taxes to be prepared and they asked me no questions about my return, and I was the one asking questions to make sure everything was alright it was not. I should have known to walk away from them because they quickly processed my returns and I still had to mail it in and the efile was not accepted by IRS. They just quickly go through to finish your returns and don't stand by their services, and when you want to call them about questions that pertain to the way they created the return, they don't answer or direct me to the IRS. I can't ask the IRS for the way YOU prepared my returns jack offs. Run far away from them. They were recommended to me by a co worker and now I know I can't trust their recommendations.
