My husband and I are very satisfied with the services at Financial equation! From my very first phone call to set up my appointment I was blown away by their exceptional customer service. The front office staff were courteous, friendly amp professional. Carlos is an experienced tax preparer and is very Thorough, explaining everything to you in ways you can understand. The process was simple, the office was well organized and professional. The prices for services were affordable in comparison to the tax preparer we used in the past. We will be using Carlos and financial equation for all of our taxfinancial needs!!

I've worked with Carlos now for almost 5 years and I apologize for not leaving a review sooner. If I could thank him in 1,000 different ways I would. I came to him not knowing anything about how to prepare for my taxes and he walked me through every step of the way. He put things in human terms for me! I'm very stubborn and unorganised and Carlos and his team were so very patient with me. I can't thank you enough for all of your efforts and guidance. Your team is both courteous and kind, and in this day and age, that speaks volumes.

Felipe Picazo is not a professional at all. They made a mistake in filing my taxes, my information and documents were never sent to the IRS and I find out 9 months later. Instead of receiving an apology I was told it was my fault and when I asked for a partial refund I was bluntly told no. I wouldn't recommend them, they were very unprofessional and unorganized.

Carlos is very professional and explains what would be best for your family. He is very considerate of your time and offers suggestions. After many years of doing it myself or using other outside agencies he gets us a greater return.
