Muy buen servicio, yo he realizado mis taxes por los ltimos tres aos y me han atendido de la mejor manera, Mireya la asistente de Jose es una persona preparada y que sabe lo que hace, mis rembolsos me hay llegado en una semana y cualquier duda que tengo siempre me contesta. Adems, estn abiertos todo el ao. Sin duda les recomiendo sus servicios.

Mr. Zamoras services was recommended to us by family members who had good stuff to say until recently they had problems with him as well... he use to run his business but now he left it up to his daughters who may look sweet but have no idea what they are doin save your time and dont go here... we filed two of my sons and one of there socials wasnt filed correctly something that couldve been resolved easily, do to a software they use that gets back to them in 5 mins and it wouldve shown the mistake while we were sitting their... On the other hand they never checked their mistakes they never told us our taxes was pending because of the mistake... I had to call the irs and find out that our information didnt go through and then I had to call so many Zamora numbers to finally get in contact with one of the daughters and they had the audacity to have an attitude to a mistake they made anyways now after all the waiting and all the headaches now we have to wait once again for our returns to come in... very very bad service

I have used this service for 3 years and had always been happy with the process.....until this year. It is April 27th and I still do not have my paperwork back, which I emailed in the beginning of May. I am going through the process of getting a home loan and have to have these documents in asap, which I have explained several times how critical it is I receive them. Mr zamora has been virtually unreachable and has his daughter working for him it seems. Really sweet girl, but still hasn't sent the information. This may be the oddest experience I have ever encountered. at this point, I don't even have proof the taxes were even filed. Really poor service. I have yet to even get a straight answer on how much my return was or how much I owe him. Unreal. Mr Zamora, if you can't run your business, get out of business.
