I have NO IDEA where that one star review post came from, berating Mr. Bayliss for being rude, nasty, throwing stuff. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! This man is not only knowledgeable and patient with a new client who had alot of questions, but he is SO kind and the sweetest! He IS the epitome of southern hospitality. I am writing this review as a new client. My experience with Bayliss has been second to none......no matter how many times I called him with questions or concerns. This man is GOLDEN for his kindness and patience alone! Again, I don't know why someone would post such a horrible review about him, unless he seen the person attempt to do something illegal. Bayliss is BY THE BOOK, but I feel he wouldn't throw things and be hostile. NO WAY!!!! Sounds like a competitor who may have doing some shady stuff and they lost a client! This man is AMAZING!!!!!!!

Both my wife and I are new to SC over 39 years of federal service. Moving to a new state and starting over can be overwhelming. I looked on line and found Bayless and nor one for reading peoples reviews thought best to forge my own review and opinion. I liked what I received from Bayless he's a down to earth guy and I'm sure over the 3 decades of preparation of taxes he would be a knowledgeable person. But I don't form my own opinion I have a wife that does that. Since she had liked him and she's not one to state otherwise I know were in good hands. I will review last years taxes for me as well as this years as well. Will continue my review later.

Wow, that person with the bad review went back for 17 years!!!Must have been happy with service provided all those years. But if someone has a bad day you throw him under the bus.

I have been a client to this man for 17 years. I dont know what happened but the last year he has got really nasty and rude and doesn't seem to know how to talk to clients in a professional manner. Instead he barks and insults. I went to pick up my Tax return at 8 pm after a long hard day at work. He got mad cuz I was 40 Dollars short . I had explained to him that I ran out of checks. I stopped at ATM and they only give u 200 cash. He threw my return in a he trash. I pleaded with him very upset so he took it out of trash. He started going over it with me. He referred to me as having a problem that I was nuts. I thought that was very rude and hurtful considering he had forgot to file an extension the prior year which resulted in me getting a penalty that he blamed on me. He's a bad communicator. He seems forgetful and I think it's time to retire. He left me high and dry days before April 18th . Thanks after 18 years. I also work with clients in a different field and would never talk or treat any of my clients this rude. Advice : stay clear of this guy!
