We have used H Street financial for 2 years now for our 1 plus million gross business and find them to be efficient and trustworthy. Like all tax preparers, they do their best work when given sufficient time. Anyone making a last-minute bid to finish their taxes is likely to get hurried work as a result.

I am very satisfied with having my taxes done here. Kurt Roberts did things a little differently than Brenda Patton but overall I have no complaints.Besides my husband and I had been going to Brenda Patton for years and trusted her completely. She recommended Kurt,Very nice knowledgeable man

As an employee at a local company, H street has failed to deliver my paycheck on time roughky40 of the time so far this year. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional and it represents a clear disregard for the needs of their customers. As someone on the receiving end of this I am very upset and disgusted that they refuse to be accountable for the real world problems this causes individuals.

I can not begin to know how the finished product gets out the door without being checked for accuracy. I am looking at the bookkeeping and payroll information a new client gave me, from this office. It's completely wrong, on so many levels. In my 17 years of working in this field, never have I seen so many errors! I am now having to clean up everything from the chart of accounts to how payroll is set up.

Outrageously expensive fees for their services, forms, etc - like those of a law office. Took forever to complete my taxes - they had to file an extension because they took so long, which resulted in more fees for me. Inconvenient and unusual business hours. Kurt Roberts did not explain things or answer my questions very well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience.
