The absolute worst to deal with. Last year, I started calling him at the beginning of February to get my W2. I finally received it mid-April right before the cutoff date to file. After I received it I had to ask him for a correction because my name was misspelled. I barely received it in time for my appointment to do my taxes and file before April 15th. This year, its the exact same game. Says hell send it and never does. When I finally received it two weeks after he said he would send it, the entire W2 is messed up. Missing letters and numbers throughout the entire document. I cant use it. Back to the waiting game on when I will receive a correct version that I can actually use.

John Hess has done my taxes since before i even turned 18. He has taken care of my whole families as well. Never had a single problem. He calls as soon as they are ready and you get a direct deposit less than two weeks after that. He is the best tax person in Tulsa, hands-down.
