Beware. She is not all there. I waited to see her 5 hours as a walk in early Friday morning. She did 2 years of taxes I brought my 2021 taxes so I would have previous information. Needed an extra document. Was told to come in the next day and she would get me in and not make me wait. She shooed my documents at me. She did not give me back my 2021 taxes. I thought it wasn't a big deal I would get them in the morning. Next day waited hours. Asked for my 2021 taxes back please. I was leaving. At first I was told it would take time, She would get me as soon as her client left. She cam out when clients left and said she did not have them She gave them to me. She didn't even look and she lied because she is too oblivious to remember anything at all.

Save yourself now! I dropped off my tax items at the beginning of the year and when they weren't completed by the deadline I made an appointment to go in and have them done. After the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for months I finally talked to Leisa and she said she was working on them. After several more months and no closer to being completed, I went in. She hadn't touched them and tried to get me to come back in another week and she would have them done. When I was finally in front of her she was a train wreck. She couldn't keep her focus and was all over the place. This is not a professional beware! If I could give no stars I would. I was lied to and provided false information on top of it all.

Love Lisa as a person, but please be aware of the fees and charges when u have the money taken out of ur taxes I was charged 200 dollars and was told the service was only 75 Iv been going to Lisa for over 4 years now and after going back trough my taxes she has done these 200 fees every year. If this was the case I would have never agreed to get my taxes done with her.

If there were a rating of zero stars I would give it. My documents were dropped off in March, way before the tax deadline. I checked on them periodically to check the status. Was told by Leisa and others on her staff that they were being worked on. The tax deadline came and went with no results. Was told that an extension was filed. October rolls around and I found out that she not only lied, along with her staff, but they had lost my documents. Was promised by Leisa that she would fix the problem, only to be ghosted. Shame on you Leisa, shame on your business practices. Karma will find its way to you.

Beware of Tax fraud!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Met with Leisa in May 2021 for taxes. She did not submit our taxes. We called in July and asked her why she didnt submit them. She said she did, which was a lie confirmed with state and IRS. We get a bill in the mail from the state saying we owe over 300. But according to the tax paperwork that we did with her in May, we were told that the state owed us money. So we call and she says the Oklahoma tax commission is lying. She says she will contact them to resolve the issue, which she never does. We keep getting letters in the mail that we need to pay the Oklahoma tax commission. She says she cant get ahold of anyone at the tax commission. However, we call them ourselves and get a call back within an hour. They tell us that she filed the taxes showing that we owe the state. However, the paperwork we signed showed that the state owed us. She again says they are lying. She changed our taxes AFTER we signed the final paperwork. This is tax fraud!! It is now November and she still refuses to resolve the issue. We received a certified letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission last week and finally broke down and paid the 300. She is a liar and a fraud. Please save yourself the money, time, and frustration. We will be reporting her!
