If you had patience to read reviews and you have complex tax situations - you did yourself a big favor - all those reviews are truthful. I know that that because I am their customer and my situation looked like a never ending story, with 4 states involved. Though Guillermo complimented me for great initial research (as much as I could) he was the one to dig the hole to the very bottom of tax earth. He and the team - I have no words to describe what they do and how they do it! I can’t believe I was lucky to stumble on their site last year and I feel even more lucky to trust my intuition after my first call with Guillermo who called me back in minutes just like some reviews said… and trust me I am one of those consumers who reads every review because most people mean to help others by voicing their experience. Not to go into intricate details of our case, the money we paid to this firm was a drop in an ocean. It was awesome that after all the ordeal was over - we were in the financial plus! But more to it - I could sleep well again. A bonus - I didn’t feel like they lost their interest in my case as soon as they got paid. There was no single time when Guillermo did not respond to me in a matter of minutes or hours if he was with other clients. Tax returns is a small portion of what they do for people. Their lawyer is a beast! But you don’t feel like he waits for you with a sharky mouth, you will not even see him if he doesn’t need to explain options to you, like it was in our case. That’s how I know he keeps his word. If I could give a hundred stars to these guys, I would. They deserve every angle of each star. Needless to say, we came back to Guillermo this year. Just like last year, he was at his best! Thank you Guillermo!
