Did a great job on my taxes first time in years where i didnt have to pay. And somehow got back a well needed refund. Frank is a lifesaver! Although it took longer than expected. The wait was worth the work he put in to maximize my refund. I appreciate his hard work and dedication very much. Will be going to him from now on.

Submitted my documents in mid February and it is now beginning of may and my taxes are still not complete. Was informed they will be done by aug 18. Still waiting on my taxes to be filed.

Impossible - impossible to get a hold offFrom errors to sending my tax return to the wrong address - just a poorly managed office and isnt worth the risk of using. I would recommend against using them

I agree with the others, I've been trying to get in touch with him for two months for blatant error he made that I caught which reduced my tax return by 4000. The day I spoke to him was was tax day, he said it would take care of it and never did. ITs been its been 2 months now and his voicemailbox is full and then its emptied and then its full again. I would give zero stars if I could, there are better professionals out there that will actually return your call.
