Rosa Graham and her business is the worst. She and her staff do not answer phones, respond to emails and text messages. They leave you in limbo when you have issues with your tax refund, mind you-you paid her to professionally prepare your taxes. She was paid in full to prepare my taxes and send electronically on 2/14/25 up to now (4/3/25) I have not received my federal and state refund. I checked online to find they is no record of it. I spent the entire day calling her while I was at work, and no one wants to answer the phone. I sent an email that went un-answered. When I got home from work, I kept calling again to finally get through and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to finally get Rosa Graham to be given the song and dance excuse from her about the phone issue. I explained to her what is going on and how upset I am for Rosa to tell me that since the IRS is now closed, she will get in contact with them the following morning and call me during the hour of 9 am. That never happened. She makes a person feel like they must beg her for what they paid for, and I do not like that. Never in my life have I ever had this experience with any other license tax preparer. I will never go back to her again and I would never recommend her. If I was given the opportunity of giving negative stars I would.

I know Ms. Rosa Graham since November 22, 1990. She is one of the most reliable, trustworthy, honest, and hard working person who goes the extra mile, not only for her clients but for anyone she interacts with, whether it is for business or helping someone. She is smart, intelligent, and treat each individual with courtesy, professionalism and respect.For this reason, I would not hesitate to recommend her as a worthwhile person to anyone.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! So much things happened with this place from beginning to end. To sum it all up1. I went there on a saturday she had no appts set up for ppl they were all walk ins. After people waited there for four hours she then said the irs system shut down which was a lie because i called my old tax professional in brooklyn because i was going to go to him instead and his system was working just fine.2. She told me to come back Sunday at 3 Pm and there were already three people there at 3 . Why would you tell everyone to come back at the same time and now we all have to wait again?3. She couldnt find my papers after searching for 30 mins. So disorganized.4. She didnt tell me my refund was held up to be approved because i needed to submit one form. Thank god i called and was on top of things or i would have waited longer.5. Last when i thought things couldnt get any worse she entered in the wrong account number! Now i am trying to call irs and waiting on hold for 40 mins to try and get my return. Im calling her now and her phone is disconnected. My entire life i have never dealt with people so unprofessional and disorganized. I wish i had read the reviews. I would never EVER step foot in that place. I am so annoyed with her and that office right now. do not go here!

Ive been going to Rosa for over 10 years, never had an issue with her services until 2 years ago. She do not ever pick up her phone, she doesnt call you back even though she has your tax refund in her possession! Last year I didnt get my taxes both state and federal until December 2017. This year i received just my federal but not my state. Ive been calling her for weeks everyday and no one is there to answer, mind you she has my money! Shes very unprofessional and I will never use her services for anything ever again! If yall have s bae yall would take heed and stay away. I dont know if she stole my money and disappeared or what, but Im reporting her to the better business bureau and to the irs!
