Truly one of the most ridiculous situations I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Lillian and her staff are extremely unprofessional, make mistakes, lose documents, CLAIMED TO HAVE FILED TAXES YET THEY WERE NEVER DONE, THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO HOUND ME FOR PAYMENT AFTER I COMMUNICATED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ASSURED ME AN EXTENSION WAS FILED AND TAXES WERE TAKEN CARE OF. Lillian claims that I did not pay for the service (good thing I have bank statements) Never again. What disgusting way to run a business. I Will be reporting to the IRS and well as my bank and any other regulatory agencies. Choose someone who knows what they’re doing, not someone who pretends they do and then can’t take accountability for their extreme errors. RUN RUN RUN from JDS professional group (Formerly Accounting Creations.)

Knowledge of corporate taxes is poor, almost cost me 7000.00 over what I owed. hired a cpa who straightened it out but that cost me 1,700.00. not to mention the late fees and penalties I incurred from her mis-filings and being late on a few things. not the biggest mistake I ever made but pretty close.
