Absolutely horrible , i have been with her for three years and this year i was notified i owed 4,400$ to the IRs and 800$ to the state when I asked her all I got is I will look into it . I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER . I have called over and over again and emailed her no response . No way to conduct a bussiness

I wish I could put 0 stars. She made a mistake on my taxes in 2021. Everyone makes mistakes, I gave her the chance to make it right and she came up with a complete lie about how the state changed their tax rates and didn't tell anyone and the problem is in the NJ State System, not her fault. I went to meet with the State and they clearly showed that she put in my Federal Wages under my State Wages. My state wages were higher than my Federal so I owed more money than I gave because of that mistake. Now I'm paying interest on this mistake and she is claiming she did nothing wrong. Please listen to the 1 star reviews. There is a reason for them! Sure she is cheap, but you are risking it by using her.

Took my money but never actually submitted the returns and never responds. Texted, called, emailed. Terrible customer service

Irene has been doing my taxes for years. She is always diligent, and does the very best job to get me the most. She knows her tax laws and many other literatures regarding taxes very well. No issues here.
