Horrendous to say the least. Completely messed up my return and when I called to advise, the staff wouldnt let me speak to the preparer and were argumentative. I ended up going to HampR Block to get the return fixed and had to pay them along with interest and penalties. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give less than 1 star I would!

Please do not go here to file your taxes. Not only did they mess up my taxes by putting incorrect numbers, despite then having the needed paperwork, but, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they were too busy to sit with me the first time around. I had to make another appointment, and then I had to follow up with them for weeks to have a question answered. So my taxes are completed, months go by and I ask for a digital copy and they want to charge me 50 - unheard of. Its bad enough the poor customer service provided and the incorrect information they put on my tax file but now they want to charge me for a digital copy of my 1040. Unbelievable! They even had the wrong email address and asked me if I went by the office a week ago. What? I have not been there in months! Please go somewhere more organized and professional...
