We have used this service for several years. Everything was okay along as there was no problem. We received a letter from the IRA last year reporting we had a problem with our 2020 taxes. Rob was notified right away. He assured us he would take care of the problem. Many letters and months have gone by with interest accumulating . We finally received a letter that the IRS would not wave interest or penalties. Rob said he tried everything he could do and now we had to handle the problem ourselves. After we notifying the IRS advocate office, the IRS waved the penalties and only charged the interest accumulated since the first letter. We are very upset with the way Rob handled our account . I would not advise anyone to use this service

This is the second year we have chosen TAXVANTAGE ADVISORS LLC., to do our taxes. We consider them to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They can be sure we will be bringing our taxes back to them again next year!
