We trust all the ins and outs to Rob. We chose Whitney and Gore because Phil's parents had used them for years and had full trust in them so there was no reason to shop around when we needed services. Pleasant staff.

Engaged, knowledgeable, responsive. I work in finance so am often self-critical of "why didn't I know that?" and "why aren't I doing this myself?" But Rob at W&G is always very measured and the depth of his expertise makes me well aware of the value they add. I don't love the portal they use (feels like filling out the tax forms myself), I'll say, but on balance it's worth it to get the end result, of feeling confident that all is done well. I am a recent client and had used another firm for years - this is a welcome shift in service levels for us.

I used Rob's father and continued with Rob when he took over the business. So I have been a client I believe since the late 70's. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and attentive. I recommend him highly for both personal and business needs.

After my husband died I handed Rob a complicated mess of tax information which he untangled thus earning my admiration and trust. And the continued delivery of new tax forms and piles of files every year thereafter. He's good at what he does, and all my five star ratings are well deserved.

I originally worked with Rob Whitney's dad some years ago and transitioned to Rob when his dad moved to Florida.. Rob knows his business well, is quite sharp and has excellent interpersonal skill. On multiple occasions he has gone "above and beyond" researching issues for me. I trust him and his work and have already got my daughter and son-in-law to be his clients.
