Very happy with service, this firm has been doing my personal and business taxes for some time now, I love the way they keep me informed on the new requirementslaw etc. The front end staff Dee always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming, Mr. Tinker gets me in and out with a job well done . TSC Enterprises pretends to be neutral and impartial as required for EEOC Investigators, but its owner unlawfully retaliated against my statutorily protected EEO activity opposition and notice of filing yesterday. Absent an apology today perhaps Ms. Tinker misspoke, I will be filing EEOC charges against TSC Enterprises tomorrow. Whether an EEOC charge or complaint has merit or not, the person filing the charge or complaint exercises a statutory right. Investigators must respect that right. In addition, Americans enjoy a statutory right to oppose discrimination, harassment, retaliation and bullying. But rather than respecting my rights, Mr. Tinker disparaged them. If she bears and expresses animus against such rights, neither her or her firm should be working in the EEOC realm. Let alone investigating complaints.
