If you guys can’t handle speaking professionally to customers, don’t take on business in the future. That was completely out of pocket and disrespectful. You don’t attack people, especially a 21 year old who doesn’t know anything about taxes. It was his first time. You guys were downright condescending and unprofessional. Learn how to talk to people and stop acting out unnecessarily. It’s not a good look. Remember, word of mouth travels quickly. You can lose customers just as quickly as you gain them.

I totally agree with all the other reviews here except the one from Rajasthan, I mean how can you rate them in the US while you are in India.Absolutely Horrendous on all levels. No respect towards their clients. While I respect Mrs Renuka I highly disagree with her professionalism. And the son is an absolute gold digger. His MO is to make people fear from Audit and pay an insane amount to avoid it. We were told to pay around 10k so that we may avoid an audit. Noteworthy, we both are regular job people not business owners. And have never delayed our taxes. He is so disorganized, runs late and then gives any random number that you have to pay. Please if you read these reviews trust US and Dont go to Jain Tax services. They are not worthy of given any business, I feel potty on the people who went there and wasted their money. Please please please Avoid this service. Save 100 extra and pay someone reputed . God know they have made how many people loose their money.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. I was referred by someone and thought I could get my taxes done this year by them. The Mother who barley I understands has always picked up the phone wo any resolution. I waited 3 months for my taxes to be done. I had called countless times to speak with the son who she claims does the taxes and was on vacation for a month and that she was relaxing. Even though I spoke to her several times regarding my taxes and never received any responses until now. She emailed me someone elses tax forms instead of mine. Huge violation of privacy!!! When I emailed them about this they instead did my taxes but took no responsibility and said I could get my taxes done else where. Super unprofessional and horrible adminmother who handles the admin duties as it seemed. Never again! Please save your money and time!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. This is NOT professional in the least bit. Mother and son do a horrendous job of managing the service. The son, who is the accountant, has no accountability and does NOT communicate with clients. In fact, he acts like a big baby and refuses to talk to them, while his mom claims that he's playing golf, and the two of them sit at home. Apparently, communicating with clients is his mother's job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We took our papers elsewhere and found that Jain used FAKE numbers that would've led the IRS to audit us. The several hundred dollars that CPAs charge you at places like Patriot Tax is WORTH IT--if it means that you can avoid this headache of a tax service.
