If i could give 0 stars, it would still be too high. My husband went to this lady to file our taxes after she stated she would try and get him the best return she could. After the initial meet up to go over our taxes, and the following week getting the form they sent signed with all of our personal information, it was radio silence for several weeks. He tried calling but couldn't speak with Rose, emailing and got no response. Now we're reaching the deadline and when he finally got a hold of her, she said she hadn't even begun to work on our taxes, told him she filed for an extension (without telling him before hand, come to find out she didn't) and lied saying she didn't have the documents she needed, yet never reached out to get them. My husband had to back and get the information from them, and was greeted with nothing but attitude and carelessness. DO NOT USE THIS TAX "PROFESSIONAL" She is nothing but a scam artist.

SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I have been using this company for years and then suddenly, starting with my 2019 return, I cannot get my copies Multiple excuses without resolve. Very frustrating and concerning. I looked up my 2019 return that was supposedly filed and everything was zeros. She filed a blank return!! Who does that?? I depend on this tax information for school and for my stimulus checks etc. It blows my mind that someone would take such advantage. Nightmare! I'm gonna have to pay to have this fixed.

Rose knows her stuff - as a 30 working with Mortgage Lenders I am familiar with Tax Returns BUT when the Obama TAXED US WITH the Mandatory Penalty for making the CHOICE of not having Health Coverage along with the IRS no longer providing the TAX booklets I was lost. Rose saved me from the IRS, I will always be indebted to her firm Advantage Tax Service. Remember to be patient - Taxes take time. Thank you Rose Harbaugh!

Came to this preparer because of the qualifications of Rose Harbaugh IRS preparer via radio. Have had difficulty getting consistent information from them. Tax Papers were filed By one person and the other didnt know. Somehow I could not get phone calls or email returns often. The lady Clarice handling my paperwork refused a closing review to discuss what was done with the taxes even though it was requested in the initial interview. Then announced she wasnt a tax preparer. Wouldnt listen to my concerns. Took over six months to respond and process then charged exorbitant fees. Condescending and Impolite. So unprofessional.
