Although claudia has prepared my tax returns competently for years, this year she has left me high and dry. She has all my W-2s and other info, but will not respond to any call or text. I am in the dark as to whether my return is filed.
Basically, she has "ghosted" me, and I do not know what to do. She has all my info, so I am unable to file elsewhere. Her office is locked and dark.
