I had my taxes done by Sue. She said I owed 140 to state and I was only getting 13 back for federal. I did not think that sounded correct. I had someone else do my taxes for me and I owe more to the state, but I should be getting 450 back from federal. I called her office to ask her to fix it, and a man Randy answered. He immediately got defensive. I am assuming because they get a lot of calls like mine. She does not know what she is doing and I do not recommend going to her. I would give her zero stars if I could.

Don't use her. I've been battling the IRS for the past year. She is not helping me. Won't return phone calls or emails. won't answer her office door when I knock on it.
