I really like Kelvin and would like to give him a great review, but he simply disappeared with our 2022 tax records (two businesses and our married-filing-jointly personal). It was just very disheartening to call and write over and over and to never hear back from him or his staff. I'm afraid there may've been some sort of personal or health crisis involved, and I wish him and his business the best in the future, but I would recommend you stay away from this business until Kelvin resolves whatever it was that caused his disappearance.

Kelvin Blue has been doing my tax preparations for for over ten years. He and his office staff have always been knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. Mr. Blue is up to date on all tax laws. I have never had any issues with him. He keeps me informed on changes to tax law. He has been sending out news letter on useful tips and information. He is responsive to my many questions concerning new tax laws very quickly. There is not anyone else that I would trust to prepare my taxes except Mr. Blue.

Zero stars. Avoid them at all costs!! If they ever reopen. Mr. Blue has just disappeared. Totally unprofessional and concerning business practices. Found out my last two years taxes were never filed but I was charged by him for the service. Owe a lot of money over inept filing. A standard deduction we were entitled to was completely fouled up by haphazard filing and errors. I have filed a formal complaint against Centerpoint Tax Services and Kelvin Blue. Perfect name for Kelvin because he really BLEW IT.

Zero stars! Loses paperwork, will not respond to phone calls, emails or text messages. He has a nonchalant attitude and makes excuses about moving to another location. I have been trying to reach this unprofessional individual for months!

ZERO STARS. DO NOT ENGAGE Kelvin Blue's tax services / Centerpoint Tax Services. Kelvin Blue / Centerpoint Tax Services is entirely unresponsive to calls and emails. Check reviews on various websites to see that many others face the same issue. STAY AWAY!!!
