At first he was good. He made mistakes on my text because of which I haven't got my taxes yet and now he doesn't answer my calls. He is not men of his words he told me he will check my file and call not only didn't call me he is not answering my call for 3 weeks.

is responsive until after taxes are files then he cant be reachdoesnt reapond to email calls or text . ive been trying to reach him for ancouple months no reposnse and still havent received my money

Worst tax preparer I have ever worked with.. when we first started my process he was very responsive of letting me know how my taxes were going until he stopped replying to my phone calls and text messages saying that he was out of town am I still have yet to receive my money never I repeat never use Willvan financial services as your tax preparer !!!!
