I am new to the state of Georgia. And I had my first encounter with Miss Turner yesterday. I found Miss Turner to be very rude, dismissive, and condescending. I send my check in for my HOA fees on the thirdfourth of the month every month, and yesterday was the 27th of the month and my check had not yet cleared the bank. I simply wanted an exclamation as to why it was taking so long and what the procedure was so I could know going forward how to budget my small pension. Miss Turner told me it was tax season and hung up on me after having given me some vague explanation as to why my check had not been sent to the bank. Miss Turner was looking through papers and said oh yes your check was sent in on such and such a date it should clear by tomorrow. I went online and this morning the check did clear and that is only because it was probably just deposited yesterday. I am vice president of the HOA board here where I live however no person no property owner should be hung up on and dismissed the way I was. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

We have been using this service for many, many years and highly recommend! Sheila has been terrific with all our HOA needs and has helped us keep our costs low.
