I did not receive any notifications or anything for 2 months. so i call for a follow up and the lady answering the phone was very rude, saying i was lying , she ended up hanging up on me and saying to never call or come there again. a few minutes later charles calls to tell me " oh yea looks like there's been a issue, everyone has poor f**king customer service sometimes" and he also told me do not call or come back before hanging up on me. I was just calling to get a answer when the irs says talk to your tax preparer. first year i had issues was with these people, very rude and immature.

After confirming my appointment a month prior and again 2 week prior, I decided to call 5 minutes prior to arrival to see if they had any covid precautions as I had my wife and 2 babies in the car. The rude woman, the accountant's wife, answered the phone and told me, we spoke yesterday and you cancelled. I replied sorry but I don't believe that was me since I've been looking forward to today. She childishly replied, yes we spoke. I answered no again and just before saying I would like to please schedule ASAP, she cut me off and said I'm not welcome here and hung up. When I called back she answered the phone by saying, go to hell and hung up again. I have never been spoken to so rudely before in a so-called place of business. It is disgusting how she could speak to me with such anger and frustration when she's the one who must have called the wrong number. Very aggravating to be blatantly disrespected and I hope people turn away from giving them further business.

I used Charles Bozelli to do my taxes reccomended from a friend. Also at this time when the 1st stimulus check went out I never received mine. With that being said, I called Charles to get some info to see if he could help me with any info and if he could direct me to the proper people. His answer was, GO TO HELL! How rude and unprofessional could a person be. Im still to this day dumbfounded by his response. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day? I would NEVER USE his services nor would I EVER reccomend anyone to use him!!! EVER

I went to Charles twice 2019 amp 2020. A few weeks ago I received a letter from the IRS that I was being audited for moving expenses. When we contacted him to let him know and to help he stated he's done so many taxes he doesn't remember what he did with ours. Understandable. But when we asked what we should do he said just send in whatever you have. Was NO help whatsoever. After looking over the papers the IRS sent we noticed he put that we moved for military purposes...never once did we say that and neither of our w2's stated that we were in the military. My husband decided to contact HampR block to see what we can do and they were more help than Charles EVER was. Can't wait to see if we will be audited for 2019...We will not be using him again.
