Do not book an appointment with Jorge Banos unless you enjoy your time being wasted. I booked a virtualphone consultation with him MONTHS in advance, got multiple confirmation emails and then the day of my appointment was totally ghosted by him and his office. Every time I tried calling in, they would answer the phone and then hang up. I even tried reaching out via email and never received a response. It is now two hours past my appointment time and I have still not heard from anyone. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Save your time and your sanity and go elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional. Substantially misrepresented us while filing our taxes, which triggered an audit. Tried to contact him on a weekly basis for a month to help us respond to the audit and he canceled 5 scheduled appointments in a row before he ended up ignoring my calls and emails altogether. He clearly was avoiding responding for his actions as my wife called from a different phone line as a potential new customer and he responded right away.Long story short, audit is costing me way more than what I would've ever saved using this man. Save yourself the money amp trouble, your better off using TurboTax or any other service!I never write reviews but this has been a horrible experience...

Most unprofessional CPA I have ever met. Paid him 350 Dollars on Jan 6,2020 to open a new company and never heard back from them again. Two months chasing him. Multiple text messages, multiple emails, multiple calls and a follow up visit in person. I finally contacted Sunbiz and spoke with them. No filings had ever been done for our request, contrary to what the accountant Jorge Banos said. We did it ourselves and requested EIN number. Did everything in less than a week. What a waste of our time. Very unprofessional service. We hope a full refund.
