Mrs Campbell has been doing my taxes for almost 10 years. She knows her trade. She is underpaid for her knowledge. She explains everything clearly and listens and is wonderful.Never ever have I had any problems. Get on her book early!! She has a huge client base because she is great and that should say enough.

Earlier this year we visited Campbells tax services for not only personal taxes but business taxes as well. Everything went smoothly, business taxes prepared, personal taxes filed, paid Mrs Campbell and went on our way. Only to find out the business taxes were prepared incorrectly, which in turn meant our personal taxes were filed incorrectly. So we fixed and filed the business taxes, then did an amended on our personal taxes. I contacted Mrs Campbell for refund of the payment to her for preparing the business taxes, and unfortunately did not receive a refund. After 2.5 months of nothing, I then wrote a letter to Mrs Campbell requesting a full refund of the payment we made to her for the business taxes as well as the payment and a tip for our personal taxes considering that yes, she did preparefile them but they were done incorrectly and caused us more issues than ever before. Instead of contacting me, to discuss like a normal human being, she immediately went to a cheapskate lawyer 2 counties away having them send me a letter. From my understanding and extensive research through a CPA accountant, Mrs Campbell does not have a good reputation for being a tax preparer on top of also not having her CPA license. I do not and I will not ever recommend Mrs Campbell to anyone. She is a scam and crooked tax preparer. I may not have a refund, but she will reap what she sows for doing this to someone who put their personal information and trust into.

So... Susan G... I have a response for what we do for our loyal customers... They return without failure every year... The other review was not family, she is a loyal client from Lake City. I personally know that when you call the IRS to get your AGI they also have an automated system that can provide you with the magic number if you have the right information... The IRS will not tell you that they cant help you... If they couldnt give you the answer they would of suggested that you go online and set up an account to view all your tax history...Since you want to bring my brother and his death as part of the way you were treated... You might want to take a few steps back and realize that you didnt deal with the death of a child... My brother was proud to serve his country... Im sorry that my dads voice wasnt appealing to you... At least he is trying to help my mom.. And yes this review is from a family member...
