Due to a tax error made by a company I worked for, Fidelis was assigned to address my case. Overall, my experience with Fidelis was good. For the most, he was very responsive. The final tax report that he prepared was very comprehensive, and he explained to me his process for aggregating everything which I appreciated. He understood the financial situation I was in and was willing to work with me.
