Donovan BranfordElite Suite LLC offered two of my clients corporate credit services. When we initially started this journey back at the beginning in June 2020 Donovan stated the process would take 30-45 days, as we got closer to the 45 day mark he changed the timeframe to 30-45 business days. We patiently waited until the time passed and still no services were provided. We reached out to him on several times and he kept giving us a run around and saying end of week or next week. Approximately 3 weeks ago my clients requested a full refund, and he stopped responding to calls, emails, and text messages. He has completely ceased all communication with us. We are requesting a full refund for services not rendered.
