Larisa is helping me to prepare taxes during a six years.Both taxes business and personal always went very well.She is very professional, and my understanding its very importanthow your are professional yourself and how professional your accountant if you have some one. Even if you do not have accountant and preparing all initial documents yourself she is looking very carefully make sure that all your provided information's are correct and matched all tax preparing criterial. Worst experience ever. Larisa screwed up taxes for me and for friend. Then she stared ignoring me and never answered my texts or phones. I'm still waiting for my tax return. Save your time and nerves and find another accountant.

She is not responsive, rude, and unprofessional. I've been asking her to help me with an additional form IRS requested since I paid for her services and she first replied she will do it within two weeks! One form shouldn't take two weeks for someone who claims herself as a tax professional. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything back. I now missed the deadline when I can return that form and will have to pay a fine! I've never met someone more unprofessional than she is.
