My name is Dion Malcomb, I represent a company called ATA Labor Services. She hired Jose Fiqueroa on Monday and told him she did not want to continue with him because she felt she had no choice since he had told her that she had to hire him now. She then found out that the fee of 15000 included all her taxes done for her business. She decided to let Fiquroa know the next day she did not need his services and asked for a refund. He then texted her and said she would get back 3000 back out of the 15000. 12000 for 2 phone calls and 2 emails. When asked to provide a statement he has refused to. This is not only outrageous but criminal. He takes advantage of people who are scared and in a financial bind with the IRS and State of Colorado. He has refused to refund her money and refused to send documentation showing where the 12,000.00 went. There has been a complaint filed with the BBB and has been in contact with her bank. Beware of this guy.
