Tina, royaly screwed me over. I explained I did not have the bandwidth this year to do my taxes. All I did was worry instead, do them myself, and then have more issues. I sent in my tax documents to her in February. I did not hear back from her apart from the first day. Her voicemail box is full, so you hope that she picks up her phone. I emailed her and did not receive any responses. I called her a month out to check in, and she said she was on them. Not hearing anything from her, I called her the last few Fridays before taxes were due and she said they were not done. Finally, when I called her the 14th of April, she said, "I may be getting fired," and then continued to explain that she did not have them done, or started. I then told her I would pursue other options. I spent money on a do-it-yourself software. When I finally got to the end, I received the error, IND-452, which indicates my taxes had been filed electronically already. I called Tina, she had done my taxes, and filed them without my signature. She then had the audacity to suggest that I pay her, even though I canceled the contract.
