I am reviewing this agent from the seller perspective. I want to make everyone aware of how non professional he is. The first encounter comes during a requested visit to my property after the physical inspection. During this time he uses an excuse to visit the property stating the purpose is to have a general contractor out to assess costs of necessary repairs. I obliged. However, there was no general contractor. Just himself, the buyer, and a number family members. Before he leaves, he decides to tell me negotiate cost of repairs andor credits.Mind you my agent is a few feet from me. You as the agent should have never said anything to the seller. This is why the buyer and seller have hired agents. The communication should go through the agents.The last incident is in regards to the final walk through. Jason kept pushing for earlier times to do the final walk through. My wife and I were not prepared, but kindly obliged. The only request we made was that he show up at the set the time. We have several personal reasons for this. Keep in mind we were already doing him a favor moving out a whole month earlier than we set the expectation for. After repeatedly being reminded not to show up earlier. He figures no one is at the property and he would be able to access the house with the lock box outside. He shows very early and walks right into the house with my wife being alone in the home. She is pregnant and startled when he approaches. Even after startling her, he goes through the house pointing out things that are wrong with the house. And letting my wife know, what needs to be fixed. Again, the agent should not be discussing with the seller directly. Overall, this agent shows a complete lack of disregard to follow directions. He shows a lack of professionalism. Also a lack of privacy. I would certainly not recommend him to a buyer and I would caution any seller accepting any offers from him unless you want to deal with these type of occurrences.
