They had my tax documents for 4 months, from feb to the middle of may, before reaching out to me one time two days before the deadline, they had to file an extension and still blew me off for three weeks after filing the extension. I recommend literally nobody use them if you want your tax info done in a decent time or done at all. Awful service.
