DO NOT USE these people to do your taxes. Talk to Marcus a few weeks ago great guy. Then I called last week to get my taxes done and this punk that answered the phone gave me the 3rd degree then he hung up on me 3 times and also block my number. I ask for Marcus then he says who is calling I gave him my name then he said what is this regarding I told him I need my taxes done and was referred by a friend then he ask the name then he said I do not see him on your list DON'T CALL AGAIN then he hung up on me and finally block my number. My wife called as well using her number and the same thing all the questions when all she wanted to do was to talk to Marcus. They really knows the business to hang up on clients So if you decide to call good luck talking to Marcus. And as far as the punk that keeps hanging up on clients YOU DESERVED TO BE FIRED ON THE SPOT
