My friend recommended me to go here, trusting his judgement I went. He said she has over 20 years experience, perhaps that experienceknowledge has declined over the years. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I go to someone to sue my taxes, so that they are able to assist me as I have no knowledge of taxes. I trusted her with my paperwork and trusted her to file my taxes ON TIME. Sadly, she was not able to do that due to her lack of attention to detail. I will literally never be coming here again. She scammed me out of 150 and due to her filing my taxes late, I never received my tax refund and I owe the IRS.

Worst tax professional ever. Your rude and a scammer. You hire people then dont pay them. I hope carmax comes back and hits you where you need it.
