This tax preparer Lydia B. is a thief and fraud expert, avoid this place at all costs. She failed to provide my copies and had to chase her for almost a month, only to find out she had changed my bank account to a different one to keep part of the refund for herself on top of what I had paid for her services paid cash. She claims she doesn't file taxes but instead sends them to a different tax company and these people are the ones to charge an extra fee on top of what she charges. This was never informed and why would anyone pay HER to send your taxes to a different tax preparer? and pay double? Forgot to mention this excuse was brought up after she claimed it was the IRS who kept part of the refund and not her, she claimed the IRS bank charges a fee. She denied having any involvement with her petty excuses. Save yourself a fraud and a headache and never never never go to this place or this fraudulent preparer Lydia B.

We loved everything about there tax service!!! The customer service was extremely helpful she was able to answer all the questions that my husband and I had. We were completely satisfied with the job she did on our taxes. I will be referring her to all my family and friends. I will definitely be back next year

BE AWARE! my husband and i have been loyal customers of her until this year when i desided to check the numbers on our forms that she dosent even give to you till you pick up your check, i was shocked to find out that she took an additional 530 out of my refund for herself and 630 out of my husbands!!!!in addition she also charged us 100 each to do our taxes , so in total she made 1,360 on doing our taxes that is just for 2017!!!she has been doing this to us for 5 years. i was completely outraged when i brought it to her attention she said she would send a check in the mail, but never got one. definitely will be taking further action ps did not even want to give one star
